Position Summary

Channel is looking for a dedicated and proactive Litigation & Recovery Specialist to help minimize losses and maximize recoveries on defaulted commercial accounts. This position is responsible for engaging with customers and partners to address payment requirements, as well as coordinating with legal teams and outside counsel as needed. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to drive successful recovery outcomes. 

key responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial and other relevant information related to recovery opportunities.
• Review, analyze and provide recommendations on matters for litigation.
• Research, investigate and compile information and documentation related to litigation matters.
• Communication with parties or their representatives regarding settlement and repayment negotiations.
• Communication and collaboration with internal and outside legal on litigation and bankruptcy matters.
• Communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders on proper tracking and recording of recoveries.
• Prepare and contribute to recovery reporting for assigned accounts.
